How to make green juice! This is my favorite combination to use for green juice! You can always use what you have on hand as well in addition to the ingredients I’ve mentioned below. I love drinking this juice in the mornings for a rush of natural energy! Try this in the mornings and you may find yourself relying less and less on coffee (don’t get me wrong though, I love my coffee).

– 5-6 leaves (or one small bunch) of kale
– 3-4 stalks of celery
– 1 green apple
– 1 lemon or lime, peel removed
– 1-1.5 inch knob of ginger
– 2-3 Persian cucumbers or 1/3 of English cucumber
