In today’s video, I would like to share a few kitchen hacks and tips that would hopefully inspire you to eat healthier.

My Fav Cashew Dressing Recipe:

INGREDIENTS

* ½ cup raw cashews
* 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
* 1 cup water
* 2 tbsp white vinegar or apple cider vinegar
* ½ tsp garlic powder
* 1 tbsp dried parsley or any dried herb of choice
* 1 to 2 tbsp and fresh herbs of choice (optional)
* Pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:
Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender.
