Dinner For Two | Honey Chicken & Vegetable Stir Fry – I Heart Recipes



Hi friends! This dinner for two is simple, affordable and delicious. Follow along as I show you how to make my Honey Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry.

This meal takes less than half an hour to throw together, and it tastes amazing! Simply cook chopped chicken thighs in oil. Add in a little bit of seasoning and a drizzle of honey. Remove the chicken from the pan, and set it aside. Add frozen vegetables to the pan and cook through. You can use fresh veggies if you’d like, but frozen makes life so much easier! Add that chicken back to the vegetables, and cook everything just a few minutes longer. I like to serve this stir fry over a bed of rice, but noodles would be great, too! Enjoy!
