They’re cheap, tasty and usually, pretty solid crowd pleasers, unless your crowd is made up of all food critics. Hot dogs are relatively easy to make, too, right? Frank Proto, Director of Culinary Operations at the Institute of Culinary Education, explained that while hot dogs are indeed a “no-brainer,” you can do a little more to make them even better.
