Ingredients for 2 servings 🍹 🍹
🍊 ORANGE SMOOTHIE
150g orange juice
1 carrot, grated
1 medium peach, peeled
120g greek yogurt
1 medium orange, peeled
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until just combined. Serve immediately and enjoy!
🥝 KIWI SPINACH SMOOTHIE
150g milk
60g spinach
200g greek yogurt
2 kiwi, cubed
1 banana, peeled
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until just combined. Serve immediately and enjoy!
🍓 STRAWBERRY BEET SMOOTHIE
150g strawberry
100g celery, diced
150g red beet, peeled, diced
1 banana, peeled
200g ice
Place the strawberries, celery, beet and banana in a blender or food processor and blend until just combined. Add in the ice and continue to blend until the mixture is smooth.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
