Filled Protein Pepper Snack 🫑 🌶️ on the run: Quick & healthy snacks don’t need to be complicated.

Just grap some peppers (round or a pointed one is easier to eat then) and fill with:
• salad
• cucumber
• light feta (for the proteins) or with anything you like (also great: tofu, chicken, cooked eggs, tuna…)
• parsley 🌿

dressing which I put inside:
• soy yogurt
• balsamic vinegar
• olive oil
• salt, pepper, herbs
• mustard
• lemon juice
