Recipe :
Rawa Idli
3 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard
½ tsp jeera / cumin
1 tsp chana dal
pinch hing / asafoetida
few curry leaves
1 chilli (finely chopped)
1 inch ginger (finely chopped)
2 tbsp carrot (grated)
¼ tsp turmeric
1 cup rava / semolina / suji (coarse)
¾ cup curd / yogurt (whisk)
2 tbsp coriander (finely chopped)
½ tsp salt
½ cup water
1 tsp eno / fruit salt
5cashew (halves)

Moong Dal Dosa
for batter:
1 cup moong dal
water as required (to soak)
2 tbsp rice flour
salt to taste
onion (finely chopped)
1 inch ginger (finely chopped)
1 green chilli (finely chopped)
if the dosa is not cooked from top, flip and cook both sides of dosa.
slowly remove the dosa from ends and fold. Serve.

Sevayin Upma
1-2 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds rai
10-15 curry leaves kadi
1 medium onion finely chopped
1 teaspoon ginger
1-2 green chilies slit
½ bell pepper finely chopped
1 cup mix veggies frozen green peas, carrots, corn, and green beans
1 medium tomato finely chopped
1 ½ cup roasted vermicelli semiya
¼ tsp turmeric
1 tsp red chili powder adjust to taste
Salt to taste
¼ teaspoon garam masala
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon cilantro leaves (coriander leaves) finely chopped

Methi Pyaaz Paratha
¼ cup chopped fresh methi
¼ cup chopped onions
1 tsp chopped green chilies
1 cup atta
½ cup besan
½ tsp ajwain
1 tsp cumin seeds

8 eggs
Chopped onions
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped carrots
Chopped mushrooms
Chopped beans
Salt to taste

Oats Pancakes
1 cup oats
1 banana
Cinnamon powder
Powdered sugar

Bombay sandwich
Sandwich bread
Sliced tomatoes
Sliced cucumber
Sliced onions
Green chutney
Boiled potatoes
Cheese slices
