Each recipe can be modified to your liking.

BREAKFAST BURRITO BOWL:
1 Potato
Soy Chorizo
Bell Pepper
Tomato
Avocado
Season potatoes with Season salt and Garlic salt
All measurements are to your liking

BLUEBERRY YOGURT:
1 cup of vanilla greek yogurt
Half cup of blueberries
13 Vanilla Granola
Cinnamon

BANANA OAT PANCAKES:
1 banana
2 eggs
1/2 cup of gluten free oats
1/4 cup of apple sauce
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Cinnamon

EVERYTHING TOAST:
Gluten free Bread -Schar’s is my favorite
Half of an avocado
1 egg
Everything bagel seasoning

BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS:
1 cup of gluten free oats
1 banana
2 eggs
1/4 cup of maple syrup
1/4 cup of honey
1 cup of greek yogurt plain
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking doda
1/3 cup of dark chocolate chips
1 1/2 cup of baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
