EASY ROTISSERIE CHICKEN RECIPES | 3 QUICK AND EASY CHICKEN DINNER IDEAS | RECIPE INSPIRATION

Pepper Jelly and Pesto Sandwich:
Chicken or use what meat you want!
Pepper Jelly
Pesto
Brie
Bacon
Sourdough bread
Pesto and Chicken Savory Pies:
1 box of puff pastry thawed in the fridge-cut each sheet into 6 equal rectangles and prick center with fork
Egg wash (1 egg beaten add a little water)
FILLING:
4 tbs. pesto
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes chopped
1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 cup of spinach
TOPPING:
S&P and Italian seasoning
Bake at 400 degrees for about 20-22 mins
