Smoothie Hack – Smoothie Freezer Bags

Balanced Morning Smoothie (makes 1 large or 2 small smoothies)

2 handfuls of organic spinach
1/4 cup of ground flax
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 avocado
1/2 banana
1/4 cup of organic peas
1 scoop of Genuine Health Fermented Vanilla Protein Powder OR 1 scoop of collagen
1 cup of nut milk
1 cup of coconut water

1. Stuff all of your ingredients (except the liquids and the protein) into a freezer friendly ziplock bag
2. In the morning, dump the contents of the bag into your blender, add your protein and your liquids, blend for 60-90 seconds and enjoy.
