What Snacks Keep Me Full & Fit? | Healthy, Simple Snack Ideas

In this video you’ll get to see some of my favorite go-to healthy snacks that I eat on a weekly basis. These snacks help keep me on track so I can remain as healthy as possible.

When it comes to my snacks, I look for them to be low in calories, contain protein and/or fiber and be low in sugar. Any food that contains a wealth of nutrients is a bonus! I don’t want a snack to derail all of my hard work in the gym or after I eat a healthy meal. All of the snacks featured in this video fit the above criteria. These snacks serve a purpose in that they are great for when I’m actually hungry. Late morning or afternoon, in between meals, is a perfect time to munch on these snacks. I’m a working mom so I need some of my snacks to be portable and easy for me to grab and go. A couple of these snacks are perfect for anyone running out the door!
