This easiest breakfast recipe can be made with in just 10 minutes, and recipe well fit for kids tiffin box ideas or easy snacks recipe on evening time with protein rich healthy ingredients.

Potato 1 (Grated)
Egg 3
Oil 1 Tbsp
Pepper powder 1/2 Tsp
Butter 1 Tbsp

Step by step procedure:
1.Grate the potato
2.Add 1 Tbsp oil in a pan and fry the grated potato till it turns soft and keep aside
3.In a mixing bowl beat 3 eggs
4.Add the fried potatoes
5.Mix well
6.Melt 1 Tbsp butter in fry pan
7.Pour the egg potato mixture
8.Cover and cook for 2 minutes
9.Turn and cook for 1 more minute
10.Remove for heat and serve hot
